Welcome to Amethyst Creek Farm. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

🛒 Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion

• In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued

• Product availability may change due to the nature of farming and live inventory

🌱 Pre-Orders & Seasonal Shipping

All plant orders are sold as pre-orders.

• Plant orders ship during our seasonal window: July through October

• Orders are fulfilled based on crop readiness and weather conditions

• Orders will not ship immediately at the time of purchase

📦 Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on:

• USPS Priority Mail rates

• Packaging requirements

• Order size

A flat surcharge may be applied per order to cover handling, materials, and compliance costs.

📬 Combined Shipping

All items are shipped together by default to reduce shipping costs.

• Non-plant items will be held until plant shipping season unless otherwise requested

• Customers may select expedited or separate shipping options when available

🛡️ Shipping Insurance & Liability

• Shipping insurance is required/included on all orders

• Once an order is transferred to the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier

• Amethyst Creek Farm is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier.

🌿 Live Plant Disclaimer

Live plants are perishable and subject to environmental conditions.

• Plants are shipped healthy and viable at the time of shipment

• We do not guarantee plant performance, survival, or bloom after planting

• Growing results will vary based on conditions outside our control

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Plants:

• No returns accepted on live plants

Non-Plant Items:

• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund

🔁 Substitutions

If a product becomes unavailable:

• Customers will receive either:

  • A comparable substitution, or

  • A refund, based on their selection at checkout

💳 Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD

• Payment is required at the time of purchase

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Amethyst Creek Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s)

🌾 Agricultural Compliance

Amethyst Creek Farm is a licensed nursery in the State of Idaho.

• Orders may be subject to state-specific agricultural regulations

• We reserve the right to delay or cancel shipments to remain compliant
