FAQ

This is an important question - we grow all our own irises on our farms in Idaho and Arizona. We sell out of our Idaho location. We do not sell other grower's irises and are not a distributor in this sense. This ensures that a) you are getting quality and fresh rhizomes and products and b) you are always dealing with us directly on issues or questions about your irises.

Not yet! But we are learning and looking into hybridization. We think the process is fascinating and looking forward to offering our own creations in the years to come.

Not all irises rebloom. There are specific varieties that are known for their reblooming traits. It is important to note that while a variety may be known as a rebloomer, your garden location (both zone and actually where you plant it in your yard) will have some impact on the irises ability to rebloom. In colder climates, rebloomers are more challenged to rebloom every season. Where possible we try to identify the known reblooming zones. Our list is not comprehensive yet... and we work to update it each season.

All items are subject to availability. If we run out of stock or our stock quality isn't as good as we would like, we will offer a substitution to you or a refund (the choice is yours). We will not substitute without first discussing it with you. Refunds will be submitted in the same manner the order was received (i.e.. via PayPal, etc.).

The short answer is YES! We love to get extra surprises from our vendors and love to pass that joy on to our customers. We will try to send bonuses with each order, based on order value. The choice and quantity will be ours and is subject to availability. We may also send non-iris items as bonus gifts. We hope you will enjoy them. If they don't exactly go with your garden or theme, we suggest you share with a friend! It's a great way to pass on the love for irises.
