CAMERA / VIDEO
EVENT PLANNING

We love that you want to take photos of our gardens and farm during your visit.  We ask that you identify our farm in any publicly facing content including Facebook and other online media platforms. We also ask that you keep in mind, this is our home as well. Please be respectful and keep photo taking to permitted areas - which are clearly marked around the property.  If you're not sure, just ask a team member for approval first.

Should you wish to use our venue for school photos, engagement photos, or for a wedding/engagement event, please contact our team.  Our farm is private property and such events may be charged for and require advance scheduling.

SAFETY SECURITY AND LIABILITY WAIVER

Our farm is a working farm, including cattle, equipment, uneven grounds, trip hazards, plants, and a live creek, which may pose potential injury or allergic response to you when visiting. When coming to the farm, please be aware of these things and maintain awareness and caution.  We recommend you wear sensible shoes (boots, tennis shoes, etc.) and appropriate clothing. During the bloom season, you should consider bringing extra water, sunscreen, or coverings if you plan to be in the field with us at any time. There are bees, wasps, and the potential snakes and other critters that may pose a threat or harm on the farm.

We want everyone to have an enjoyable time, but we must be cautious about the risks of farm activities. Paying attention to posted signs, fencing, pathways, and crew directives will help ensure everyone's safety.

Your participation in on-site activities during bloom season and other events necessitates your acknowledgment of a waiver of liability in the event of injury or illness while on the premises. This waiver is legally binding. Noticeable signs are displayed throughout the farm. We appreciate your understanding and attention.

Should an injury or illness occur, we will seek professional medical attention on your behalf as soon as safely possible to do so. Any fees incurred as such a response are your sole responsibility.
