-
Issue a refund or store credit
We are not responsible for:
-
Damage caused by delayed delivery carriers

Improper handling after delivery

Bloom True Guarantee
We guarantee that all irises sold by Amethyst Creek Farm are true-to-name. We know how frustrating it is to get a plant, wait a full year +- for a bloom, and then have it be wrong!
Because iris performance and blooming depend on environmental conditions beyond our control, we do not guarantee bloom timing or frequency.
This guarantee is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If, within that time, your iris blooms and appears to be incorrect:
-
Contact us during the bloom season
-
Provide clear photos of the bloom and plant
If verified, we will, at our discretion:
-
Replace the plant, or
-
Issue store credit (refunds considered on a case-by-case basis)
🌱 Guarantee Conditions
This guarantee applies only when:
-
The plant has bloomed within the one-year guarantee period
-
The issue is reported during the bloom season
-
Sufficient photo documentation is provided for verification
⚠️ Limitations
We are unable to offer replacements or credits for:
-
Plants that have not bloomed within the guarantee period
-
Variations in bloom timing, performance, or plant vigor
-
Issues resulting from environmental conditions, planting practices, or care
