Zheng Elf

Zheng Elf (Anita Moran, R. 2014) is a memorable miniature dwarf bearded iris, introduced by Winterberry Iris Gardens in 2020. This midseason standout features painterly, broken color blooms: lemon-yellow standards with occasional red splashes, canary-yellow falls edged in lighter lemon and boldly marked with red, and matching canary beards. Its graphic, color-forward patterning and compact 6" stature make it a conversation-starting addition to any garden or collector’s bed. Honored with an AIS Honorable Mention in 2023, Zheng Elf is a pedigree-worthy choice for those seeking a truly unique, eye-catching bloom. Parentage: Nut Ruffles X Red Rabbit. No noted rebloom or fragrance. Attributes: Edge Trim Awards: Honorable Mention
