World Premier (Schreiner, 1998) is an award-winning tall bearded iris reaching 37" (94 cm) and blooming midseason to late. This distinguished variety features blue-white standards and style arms (RHS 92D), contrasted by rich dark blue-violet falls (RHS 89A) edged with a crisp white rim. The beards are bright yellow over a blue base, and the blooms are notably ruffled, creating a refined and elegant appearance. World Premier is the result of a cross between Yaquina Blue and an unknown seedling.
