Wishful Thinking

Wishful Thinking (Keith Keppel, 1995) is a tall bearded iris reaching 40-44" (107-112 cm) with a midseason bloom. This award-winning variety features hyacinth blue standards that pale to a vervain edge, accented by wood violet veining for added depth. The style arms are vervain, while the falls display a paler silvery hyacinth hue with chartreuse yellow blending on the haft. Beards are aureolin yellow, ending in lavender white, and the blooms are notably ruffled with a pronounced sweet fragrance.
