White City (Olive Murrell, 1937) is a distinguished tall bearded iris introduced by British hybridizer Olive Murrell. This midseason bloomer features pure white blooms in the WW color class, resulting from the cross Pageant x Pervaneh. White City is celebrated for its refined form and exceptional garden performance, earning the British Dykes Medal and FCC in 1940, as well as the AIS Award of Merit in 1945.
