Vision In Pink

Vision In Pink (Vernon Wood, 1986) is a radiant tall bearded iris that brings a refined, gallery-worthy presence to any garden. Reaching an impressive 34" (87 cm), this midseason bloomer showcases luminous soft pink petals accented by a vivid tangerine beard, creating a painterly, color-forward effect. With a distinguished pedigree—seedling #83-28, from ((Flaming Arrow x Gaulter seedling #71-30) x Carved Angel) X Paradise—Vision In Pink is both pedigree-worthy and field-stopping, earning an Honorable Mention in 1989. Its gentle fragrance and elegant form make it a collector-grade, exhibition-ready centerpiece for beds and borders. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
