Tiffanja

Tiffanja (Fred DeForest, 1942) is a tall bearded iris reaching 42" with a midseason bloom. This distinguished variety, introduced by Irisnoll in 1942, is a cross between 'Naranja' and 'Tiffany'. Tiffanja is notable for its S5M reversed color class and almost perfect four-way branching, which enhances its garden presence. While the stalk is somewhat slender for its height, the blooms are beautifully arranged and have earned both Honorable Mention (1944) and Award of Merit (1946) from the American Iris Society.
