Sweet Serenity

Sweet Serenity (Leonard and Kathie Jedlicka, 2008) is a magnificent Tall Bearded Iris that brings a gallery-worthy presence to any garden. Reaching 37" (94 cm) and blooming in the late midseason, this cultivar features pristine white standards and style arms delicately brushed with blue and yellow. The falls are a luminous lavender blue, dramatically veined over a yellow ground at the hafts, creating a painterly, high-contrast effect. Its beards transition from vibrant orange in the throat to orange-yellow and finish with yellow at the tips, crowned by fuzzy light blue upward-arching horns (3/8" to 1/2") for a sculptural, space-age flair.
