Sunny Seas

Sunny Seas (Lynda Miller, 2018) is a gallery-worthy Tall Bearded iris that delivers a dazzling, high-contrast display in the garden. Reaching an impressive 39" (99 cm), this midseason bloomer features luminous, full yellow standards and style arms that radiate above rich lavender falls, each elegantly edged with a soft buff wash. The bold orange beards transition to lavender tips with small hooks, set against a yellow haft for a painterly, color-forward effect. With a pedigree tracing to Seedling 9413D (Seedling 7110 x Blowing Kisses), Sunny Seas is a collector-grade, field-stopping iris—perfect for those seeking a vibrant, statement-making centerpiece with refined, sculptural form.
