Sunny Morning

Sunny Morning (J. Terry Aitken, 2017) is a radiant tall bearded iris that commands attention with its luminous color palette and refined form. Reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming in the late midseason, this garden-showpiece features light yellow standards above pristine white falls, each edged with a crisp ¼" sky blue rim. Vivid tangerine beards add a bold pop of contrast, making every bloom a memorable highlight in the landscape. With parentage of Unknown X Mountain Sunrise and introduced by Salmon Creek in 2018, Sunny Morning is a collector-grade iris that brings a painterly, high-contrast presence to any bed or border.
