Such A Sweetheart

‘Such A Sweetheart’ (Thomas Johnson, 2022) is a tall bearded iris reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming in midseason. This variety features light pink standards with a delicate overlay of light lavender plicata dots, complemented by deep pink style arms. The falls are cream with deep violet hafts, a faint light violet dotted edge, and a dramatic deep violet dart below the beard. The beards themselves are a vibrant blend: tangerine in the throat, transitioning to lavender in the middle and end, with orange and violet tips. Notably, ‘Such A Sweetheart’ offers a sweet fragrance. Bred from ‘Photo Shoot’ sibling X ‘Beautician’. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
