Strawberry Frosting

Strawberry Frosting (Michael Sutton, 2010) is a tall bearded iris reaching 34" (86 cm), blooming from early to late midseason. This award-winning variety features pink standards edged in white, pink style arms with a white crest, and elegant white falls veined with lavender. The beards are tangerine, tipped with lavender, and the blooms are beautifully laced with a pronounced sweet fragrance. Bred from Designer Label X Barbara’s Lace, Strawberry Frosting received an Honorable Mention in 2012 and an Award of Merit in 2015. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
