Stop The Music

Stop The Music (Schreiner, 1985) is a tall bearded iris reaching 37" (94 cm) that blooms in midseason. This variety features ruffled standards in a uniform wine red, contrasted by falls with a silver white ground intricately stitched in bright red and accented by a fine red line down the center. The blooms are finished with a light gold beard. Bred from 'Roundup' and a complex seedling lineage, Stop The Music was recognized with an Honorable Mention in 1988.
