Small Token

Small Token (Lynda Miller, 2013) is a remarkable miniature dwarf bearded iris, introduced by Salmon Creek in 2014. This early to midseason bloomer commands attention with its rich garnet-red standards and style arms, perfectly matched by falls of the same hue, intensified by a darker spot. The beard features light blue-based hairs tipped in bronze, adding a vivid, painterly accent. Bred from ‘Icon’ X ‘Snips’, Small Token is a collector-grade, Honorable Mention-winning variety (2018) that brings a bold, color-forward presence to any garden. Its compact 5" (13 cm) stature makes it a dynamic choice for borders or show beds, offering a memorable, field-stopping display. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
