Silver Streak

Silver Streak is a remarkable tall bearded iris from hybridizer Michael Sutton, introduced in 2006. This midseason, 36" (91 cm) standout is celebrated for its extraordinary broken color pattern: rose violet standards are streaked and marbled with white, while plush maroon falls are boldly streaked with silver white. Rose violet style arms and petaloids, also streaked white, add to its painterly, graphic appeal. Vivid yellow beards provide a luminous contrast, and a pronounced spicy fragrance makes this iris a sensory delight in the garden. With its dynamic color-forward design and memorable presence, Silver Streak is a collector-grade, exhibition-ready addition to any landscape. Parentage: I’ve Got Rhythm X (Gnus Flash x Apollo One).
