Sierra Grande

Sierra Grande (Schreiner, 1992) is a tall bearded iris reaching 38" (97 cm) and blooming in midseason. This award-winning variety features elegant white standards (RHS 155C) and vibrant blue falls (96B), accented by light yellow beards tipped in white. The blooms are beautifully ruffled, creating a refined and eye-catching display in the garden. Bred from Pledge Allegiance x Glistening Icicle, Sierra Grande received an Honorable Mention in 1994 and an Award of Merit in 1996. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
