Shell Beach

Shell Beach (Sutton, 2019) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its painterly color palette and refined form. Reaching 35" in height and blooming midseason to late, this cultivar features luminous white standards with a peach-pink flush up the midrib, complemented by peach-pink style arms and white crests. The falls are a vivid azalea pink, dramatically veined in deeper tones, highlighted by a verdigris midline and a crisp 1" off-white rim. Bold post office red beards add a dynamic accent, while a slight sweet fragrance enhances its garden appeal. With its gallery-worthy coloration and memorable presence, Shell Beach is a standout addition for collectors and garden enthusiasts alike.
