Shattered Dreams

Shattered Dreams (David Toth, R. 2017) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its bold, painterly color play and graphic patterning. Reaching 34" (86 cm) and blooming early, this cultivar features luminous orange-yellow standards and style arms, contrasted by vibrant lemon yellow falls dramatically streaked with heavy burnt orange. The beard is a vivid orange-yellow at the base, tipped in orange, and accented by short maroon horns for a truly unique finish. Bred from ‘Jester’ x ‘Tiger Honey’, Shattered Dreams is a field-stopping, exhibition-grade iris that earned an Honorable Mention in 2022. A true garden showpiece, it brings dynamic, high-contrast energy and pedigree-worthy presence to any landscape. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm. Attributes: Fertile Awards: Honorable Mention
