Saturday Night Live (Schreiner, 1996) is a tall bearded iris reaching 37" (94 cm), blooming from early to late season. This variety features rich burgundy wine (RHS 59A) self-colored standards and falls, complemented by bronze yellow beards and a slight fragrance. Bred from Crimson Fire and a complex lineage, Saturday Night Live was awarded an Honorable Mention in 1998. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
