Roman Song

Roman Song (Barry Blyth, 1993) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its painterly color contrast and refined form. Reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming in the early midseason, this cultivar features pastel pink standards above luminous white falls, each elegantly edged with rosy lavender plicata stitching and a dramatic rose centerline. The pastel apricot beards add a subtle, luxe accent, while the ruffled petals create a sculptural, gallery-worthy presence in the garden. With its pedigree from Just Delicious sibling X Shiralee and introduced by Tempo Two, Roman Song is a collector-grade, exhibition-ready iris that brings a sophisticated, showpiece quality to any landscape. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm. Attributes: Historic, Ruffled
