Rock Climber

Rock Climber (Bruce Filardi, 2009) is a tall bearded iris reaching 46" (117 cm), introduced internationally in 2012. This midseason bloomer features ruffled standards, style arms, and falls in a rich lobelia blue (RHS 94B), with the falls gradually lightening (94C) and rimmed in the original deep hue. The beards are a vibrant buttercup yellow (17A), adding a vivid contrast. Rock Climber offers a slight sweet fragrance and is bred from Brave Face X Obsidian. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
