Roaring Twenties

Roaring Twenties (Keith Keppel, 2008) is a tall bearded iris reaching 38" (97 cm), blooming in the late midseason. This variety features elegant putty-toned standards with a heliotrope grey suffusion at the base, complemented by putty style arms and a delicate lavender midrib. The falls display a sophisticated blend of grapejuice and imperial purple, highlighted by a distinct ¼" aster violet edge and a light velvet texture. Beards are white, tipped with a rusty orange effect. Bred from Poem Of Ecstasy x Decadence, Roaring Twenties was introduced by Keppel in 2009 and received an Honorable Mention in 2011.
