Red Cliffs

Red Cliffs (Michael Sutton, 2022) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its bold, painterly color play and refined form. Reaching 34" (86 cm) and blooming midseason to late, this cultivar features standards with a pale yellow ground, dramatically washed and dotted in magenta rose, while the falls glow in rich ruby red, veined with pale yellow for a high-contrast, gallery-worthy effect. The rowan berry beards add a vivid accent, and a sweet fragrance enhances its garden appeal. With its dynamic presence and pedigree from Volcanic Glow x Tuscan Summer, Red Cliffs is a collector-grade, field-stopping addition for any iris enthusiast. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
