Rare View

Rare View (Robert Van Liere, 2013) is a memorable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its painterly color contrast and refined form. Reaching 36 inches, this midseason standout features pale lavender standards and style arms, set above crisp white falls edged by a bold 2-inch violet band that softens toward the rim. Violet dots and stippling at the hafts add graphic detail, while mustard-yellow beards provide a vivid accent. Rare View is further distinguished by its musky fragrance, making it a garden-showpiece with both visual and sensory appeal. Bred from Charleston x Ring Around Rosie, this cultivar is a collector-grade addition for those seeking a dramatic, pedigree-worthy iris. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
