Pointer

Pointer (Anton Mego, 2019) is a gallery-worthy Tall Bearded iris that delivers a dazzling display of color and form. Reaching 34" (86 cm), this midseason to late bloomer features luminous yellow-orange standards with a subtle red-violet flush along the midrib, complemented by matching style arms. The falls are a dramatic methyl violet, highlighted by crisp white markings at the throat and shoulders, delicate yellow-orange veining, and a refined pale yellow-orange rim. Vivid orange-red beards crowned with fuzzy blue horns add a memorable finishing touch. With its bold, painterly palette and sculptural presence, Pointer is a collector-grade iris bred from 'Rare Blend' x 'Polka'—a true centerpiece for any refined garden.
