Poetic Spring

Poetic Spring (Kimberly Rieniets, R. 2021) is a captivating SDB iris that commands attention with its painterly blend of color and refined form. Reaching 11" (28 cm) and blooming midseason, this exhibition-grade variety features plum standards with a white base stippled in medium red-violet, complemented by cameo pink style arms with apricot shading. The falls are luminous white, intricately stippled and veined in medium red-violet at the base and hafts, while the beards glow white tipped orange-red in the throat and middle. A slight sweet fragrance adds to its allure. Bred from 'Show Glow' X 'Absolute Joy', Poetic Spring earned an Exhibition Certificate in 2021 and stands out as a gallery-worthy centerpiece for any garden. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
