Photogenic

Photogenic (Joseph Ghio, 2005) is a tall bearded iris reaching 35" (89 cm) and blooming from midseason to late. This elegant variety features rosy pink standards with a violet midrib, while the falls display a lavender orchid hue that transitions to near blue at the center. Vibrant tangerine beards add a vivid accent. Photogenic is the result of a cross between Chasing Rainbows and seedling 97-54A4, and is the pollen parent of Novel Idea.
