Pastel Patterns

Pastel Patterns (Keith Keppel, 2020) is a tall bearded iris reaching 32" (81 cm) that blooms in midseason. This elegant variety features white standards with a soft blue wash and a darker central midrib, complemented by putty-colored style arms with lavender accents. The falls display a peach cream base highlighted by a distinct ¼" blue-purple marginal band and pronounced cotinga purple markings at the shoulders and hafts. Beards are cream-based with rusty orange tips in the throat, transitioning to blue-white with rust tips at the ends. Bred from notable parentage including 'Ink Patterns' and 'Hold the Line', Pastel Patterns offers a refined, multi-hued presentation ideal for adding subtle sophistication to the garden.
