Othello

Othello (Jean-Nicolas Lémon, 1848) is a distinguished tall bearded iris introduced in the mid-19th century. This midseason bloomer features standards in a refined spectrum violet, complemented by falls of very dark, velvety purple. The vivid orange-white beard adds a bold contrast to the deep, dramatic petals. Classified as Color Class B3D, Othello is a classic choice for gardeners seeking rich, regal hues and historic charm.
