Orchid Cloud (Charles Applegate, 1973) is a tall bearded iris reaching 35" (89 cm), notable for its early midseason bloom and reliable reblooming habit. This elegant variety features pure white standards and orchid-hued falls (Nickerson 7.5P 5/10) accented by a blue blend (10P 5/10) overlay along the edges. The gold beard is delicately tipped lighter, adding a refined touch to the flower’s sophisticated palette.
