Orange Harvest (Bennett Jones, 1986) is a tall bearded iris reaching 32" (81 cm), introduced by Aitkens Salmon Creek Garden and hybridized by R. Bennett Jones. This midseason bloomer is notable for its bright medium orange blooms accented by a vivid red beard and a slight fragrance. Orange Harvest is a reliable rebloomer, with a second flush of blooms appearing in late October in Oregon. Its parentage includes Orange Chiffon and several distinguished seedlings, contributing to its vibrant color and garden performance. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm. When a Guardian Garden variety is offered, it reflects that a sustainable stock level has finally been reached within our collection; availability remains intentionally limited to protect the cultivar’s future.
