Oklahoma Bandit

Oklahoma Bandit is an Intermediate Bearded Iris introduced by Hooker Nichols in 1979. This award-winning variety reaches 22" (56 cm) and blooms from midseason to late. Its standards are a vivid tawny gold with a claret base, while the falls echo the same rich tones, washed in claret and finished with an orange-bronze beard. The ruffled form adds texture and elegance. Bred from Raspberry Ripples x Cherry Garden, Oklahoma Bandit has received multiple honors, including the Sass Medal in 1988.
