Night Ruler (Schreiner, 1990) is a tall bearded iris reaching 39" (99 cm), blooming in midseason. This dramatic variety features dark purple standards (RHS 79A) and velvety black falls (202A), complemented by matching black beards and elegantly ruffled petals. Bred from a complex lineage, Night Ruler is celebrated for its rich, saturated coloration and refined form.
