Meerkat Manor

Meerkat Manor (Brad Kasperek, 2009) is a remarkable novelty iris celebrated for its bold, painterly pattern and award-winning pedigree. This midseason, 25" tall bearded iris commands attention with luminous light old rose-pink standards streaked in muted silver-white, while the falls are dramatically streaked in red-purple and white, sometimes blushed with pink. The ruffled, broken color blooms are further accented by dark orange, orange, and violet beards, creating a vibrant, graphic display. With a slight fragrance and a heritage that includes 'Isn't This Something', 'Bewilderbeast', 'Chocolate Moose', and 'Capricious', Meerkat Manor is a true garden showpiece—perfect for collectors and those seeking a conversation-starting centerpiece. Honored with the Knowlton Medal, Award of Merit, and Honorable Mention, this iris is a standout addition to any landscape. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
