Mariposa Skies

Mariposa Skies (Richard Tasco, 1995) is a tall bearded iris reaching 33" (84 cm), noted for its early midseason bloom and reliable reblooming habit. This award-winning variety features pale blue standards with a blue violet basal flush, complemented by medium blue violet falls edged in a slightly lighter hue. The white beards provide a crisp contrast. Mariposa Skies is a result of a thoughtful cross: (Wedding Vow x Violet Miracle) X Glistening Icicle.
