Lemon Kitty

Lemon Kitty (Donald Spoon, 2021) is a captivating SDB iris that electrifies the early midseason garden with its luminous yellow standards, each intricately veined and overlaid by a dramatic ‘spider’ plicata pattern on a crisp white ground. The flared, ruffled falls mirror this graphic interplay, while vibrant yellow beards tipped in orange add a bold accent and depth to the bloom. Standing at 15" (38 cm), Lemon Kitty offers a painterly, high-contrast presence and a slight sweet and spicy fragrance, making it a true garden showpiece. With its dynamic coloration, sculptural form, and collector-worthy pedigree (Spiderbaby X Stitched Kitten), Lemon Kitty is a must-have for enthusiasts seeking a statement-making addition to their beds.
