Lemon Freeze

'Lemon Freeze' (Keith Keppel, 2007) is a standout SDB iris reaching 10" (25 cm) and blooming in the early midseason. This variety features bright, clear yellow standards and slightly deeper yellow falls, each accented by a 5/8" central white spot. The style arms are white with martius yellow crests, and the beards transition from white to dandelion and chrome yellow in the throat. Bred from a distinguished lineage, 'Lemon Freeze' was introduced by Keppel in 2008 and has earned both an Honorable Mention (2010) and an Award of Merit (2014).
