Jungle Shadows

Jungle Shadows is a distinguished tall bearded iris introduced by Sass Brothers and Helen Graham Reynolds in 1959. This midseason bloomer reaches 26" (66 cm) and features a unique blend of brown-gray and purple tones, complemented by a rich brown beard. Classified as V5D in color, Jungle Shadows is the result of a cross between Black Delight and seedling #54-95. Recognized for its exceptional garden performance, it has received multiple honors, including the Honorable Mention (1961), Knowlton Award (1962), and Knowlton Medal (1967).
