Itsa Whatever

Itsa Whatever (Tom Burseen, 2013) is a gallery-worthy Tall Bearded iris that brings a painterly flair to the garden. Reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming midseason, this cultivar features sculptural, looping ruffles and a luminous blend of colors. The pearl standards and style arms edged in pale tan create a refined contrast to the falls, which display a light brown-red-violet hue, elegantly washed with pearl below the beards and accented by amber-washed shoulders. The large, vivid nasturtium-orange (RHS 25B) beards, finished with fuzzy short blue-violet horns, add a bold, color-forward touch. With its dynamic presence and pedigree from 'Foolish Act' X 'Buginarug', Itsa Whatever is a memorable, exhibition-grade addition for collectors and garden enthusiasts. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm. Attributes: Edge Trim, Novelty, Space Age
