Iridescent

Iridescent (Robin Shadlow, 2023) is a breathtaking Tall Bearded Iris that lives up to its name with a luminous, color-rich display. Reaching 36" (91.5 cm) and blooming early to early midseason, this cultivar features radiant marigold standards and style arms, each accented with a touch of violet at the midrib for added dimension. The falls are a vivid, iridescent violet, boldly edged with a 1/2" band of vibrant orange and highlighted by crisp white haft marks near the beard. The beards themselves transition from marigold at the throat and middle to a striking white tip, creating a dynamic, painterly effect. With its gallery-worthy color contrasts and sculptural form, Iridescent is a remarkable addition to any garden, offering a memorable and visually arresting presence. Bred from a distinguished lineage, this variety is a testament to masterful hybridizing and is sure to be a collector-grade highlight in any landscape. Attributes: Rebloomer
