Indian Pow Wow (Alta Brown, 1971) is a remarkable SDB iris, introduced by Brown’s Iris in 1972 and honored with an AIS Honorable Mention in 1973. This early midseason standout reaches 13" (33 cm) and captivates with creamy tan standards—lighter at the edges and deepening at the midribs—set above dramatic dark brown falls. A vivid flax blue beard adds a memorable pop of color.
