In A Flash

‘In A Flash’ (Paul Black, 2000) is an Intermediate Bearded iris reaching 22" (56 cm), blooming early to midseason. This variety features rich dark red-purple standards and falls, with the falls subtly paling toward the edge. Bright orange beards provide vivid contrast, and a pronounced sweet fragrance enhances its garden appeal. Bred from ‘Sinister Desire’ x ‘Tom Johnson’, ‘In A Flash’ was introduced by Mid-America in 2001 and received an Honorable Mention in 2004. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
