I Saw The Light

I Saw The Light (Larry Lauer, 2019) is a remarkable tall bearded iris that commands attention with its vibrant, color-forward blooms and refined garden presence. Reaching 34" (86 cm) and blooming midseason to late, this cultivar features aster violet standards and style arms, luminous sea lavender-violet falls with a crisp white area around the beard, and dramatic copper brown shoulders. The mandarin red beards add a bold, painterly accent, while ruffled petals and a slight sweet fragrance elevate its appeal.
