I'm Back

‘I’m Back’ (Thomas Johnson, 2006) is a tall bearded iris reaching 36" (91 cm), notable for its midseason bloom and reliable rebloom. This variety features medium red-purple standards and style arms, with feathered, darker style crests. The falls are a plush purple-black, complemented by old gold beards and a sweet fragrance. Bred from ‘Brazilian Holiday’ x ‘Romantic Evening’, ‘I’m Back’ was introduced by Mid-America in 2007 and has earned both an Honorable Mention (2009) and Award of Merit (2011).
