Hotdogs And Mustard (Kathie Kasperek, 1995) is a unique Tall Bearded Iris reaching 36" (91 cm) and blooming in midseason. This novelty variety features deep mustard standards (RHS 85B) lightly streaked with wine purple (7A), while the falls display deep mustard heavily streaked and splashed with wine purple, with the colors blending beautifully at the edges. The ruffled blooms are accented by grey-yellow beards. Bred from 'Maria Tormena' x 'Winemaster', Hotdogs And Mustard was introduced by Zebra Gardens in 1995 and has received both the Honorable Mention (1997) and Award of Merit (1999) from the American Iris Society.
