Handiwork

Handiwork (Joseph Ghio, 1982) is a tall bearded iris reaching 34" (86 cm), introduced by Bay View Gardens in 1983. This late midseason bloomer features elegant blue violet standards over a white ground, with falls displaying a white base marbled in blue violet and a distinct white area surrounding a blue-white beard. Bred from 'Premonition' X 'Barletta', Handiwork is recognized for its unique marbled pattern and refined color contrast. It has received several accolades, including Favorite Guest 1984, Exhibition Certificate 1981, and Honorable Mention 1985. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
