Gypsy Lord

Gypsy Lord (Keith Keppel, 2006) is an award-winning tall bearded iris reaching 40" (102 cm) and blooming midseason to late. This distinguished variety features blue-white standards and style arms with a hint of lavender at the tips, while the falls display a marbled blue-violet wash and a delicate wire rim on a paler blue background. The white center and hafts are finely veined in violet, complemented by bold paprika-colored beards. Bred from Last Laugh and a Braggadocio x Romantic Evening seedling, Gypsy Lord has earned multiple accolades, including the American Dykes Medal in 2015. Available at Amethyst Creek Farm.
